2. Personal data we process
- Contact data – name, surname, email, phone number, company, job title and the content of your message, when you write to us or apply for membership.
- Member data – data needed to administer membership and issue membership fee invoices.
- Website usage data – IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and actions on the website, collected by the analytics tool Zoho PageSense.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiries – our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Admitting and administering members and invoicing membership fees – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Informing you about events and news – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Website analytics and improvement – your consent to cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Cookies
The website uses cookies necessary for its operation and, if you consent, Zoho PageSense analytics cookies. You can change your consent in the cookie banner or in your browser settings at any time.
5. Recipients
Your data is processed by our service providers: Zoho Corporation B.V. (website hosting, email and analytics; data is stored in Zoho's EU data centre). Our accounting service provider receives data only to the extent needed for invoicing. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. Retention
- Contact data – up to 2 years after our last communication.
- Member data – for the duration of membership and 3 years after it ends.
- Accounting records – for the period required by law.
- Analytics data – up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, write to info@cxclub.lv. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
